Matt Talbot Adolescent Services CLG. is a voluntary organisation and registered charity. The organisation constitution consists of a Memorandum of Understanding & Articles of Association.

Matt Talbot Adolescent Services CLG has an independent Board of Directors. The Board of Directors are committed to the principle of accountability in relation to the management of public funds and provision of high quality evidence based treatment services in line with cost efficiencies and value for money. The Board ensures systems of Corporate and Clinical Governance are in place to ensure accountability, transparency, quality assurance and improvement, and risk management. Corporate and Clinical governance is supported by a manual of policies and procedures to ensure the effective delivery of services within the context of relevant legislation, regulations and statutory obligations.

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) has overall responsibility for the work and actions of the organisation, including the collaborative development of the long-term strategic plan. The CEO works collaboratively with the Board of Directors, and the Senior Executive including: Clinical Director, Financial Controller and Centre Managers to meet the strategic objectives of the organisation and implement policy.

Matt Talbot Adolescent Services CLG is compliant with a range of Quality Assurance (QA) Frameworks including:

  • QuADS – Quality in Alcohol and Drug Services
  • NDRIC –The National Drug Rehabilitation Implementation Committee
  • The National Standards for Children’s Residential Centres
  • TUSLA – Child and Family Agency
  • CHKS (Caspe Healthcare Knowledge Systems) Accredited
